Amazon Data Access and Usage

Our application accesses Amazon data solely through official Amazon APIs with your explicit permission. We handle all Amazon data in accordance with Amazon's API Terms of Service and Data Protection policies.

SP-API: We use the Brand Analytics role to retrieve Brand Analytics reports you are eligible to access and have authorized. Advertising API (optional): If you enable the add-on, we retrieve advertising metrics to support campaign reporting. Each integration is authorized and processed separately.

No Cross-Account Aggregation or Benchmarking (Amazon AUP 4.4 & 4.5)

We do not aggregate, combine, or use data across different Authorized Users’ businesses or customers obtained through the Amazon Services API to provide or sell to any party. Any insights or analytics we provide are generated only from the data belonging to the single Authorized User who granted access, and are visible only to that Authorized User. We never share competitive benchmarks or cross-seller comparisons derived from Amazon Services API data.

Where you manage multiple brands or accounts that you own or are authorized to administer, data is kept logically separated per account unless you explicitly request and authorize consolidation in a manner compliant with Amazon’s policies and your agreements. We do not sell, license, or otherwise disclose Amazon Services API data to third parties.
